How I'm leaning into my interests this summer — and 3 ways you can too!.
Hi, I'm Marsha G. Harrison, founder of Trail Blazing Mom.
My work is grounded in public health and shaped by my Haitian heritage, where nature is understood as a source of resilience and strength. Motherhood, and life as a wife, shifted my pace and deepened that understanding. It connected me to a long lineage of women who endure, adapt, and keep going and showed me how essential it is to have spaces where we can breathe and find steady ground.
Through Trail Blazing Mom, I seek out and share stroller-friendly trails for families navigating the outdoors together, with postpartum needs in mind. I invite you to:
Explore: Discover peaceful, stroller-friendly trails throughout Boston, Metro South, and beyond.
Connect: Walk alongside a supportive community of parents, caregivers, and nature lovers.
Thrive: Slow down, breathe deep, and find steady ground in the outdoors.
I created this community to remind us that the trail is already open to families in every season, including postpartum. I hope you’ll join me out there and see where the path takes you.
